Main Responsibilities:
▪ Developed and maintained information management systems and tools for mine action activities, using
IMSMA core, Survey123Connect, ArcGIS Pro, Power BI, and Geocortex.
▪ Ensured data quality, accuracy, and consistency by conducting data verification, troubleshooting, and
rectification processes for all mine action data entered into IMSMA core by partner organizations.
▪ Created and updated IMSMA dashboards, web apps, forms, and reports for various mine action activities,
such as EORE, NTS, TS, clearance, etc., and shared them with donors and stakeholders.
▪ Provided technical assistance and training to the Yemen Executive Mine Action Centre (YEMAC) and INGOs
team leaders and field teams on using IMSMA core and Survey123 to enter and verify data more efficiently.
▪ Communicated and coordinated with Operations Officers and Team Leaders on data quality issues, data flow
mechanisms, data approval processes, and task orders for operators.
▪ Supported the establishment of YBLS priority matrix for all IRG governorates and attended IM meetings and
TWG with INGOs and NGOs to improve IMSMA data flow.
▪ Analyzed and extracted information as maps and graphs using ArcGIS Pro and Power BI according to
different specialization officers in the operations department.
▪ Designed report extraction tool in the web app as paper forms to be printed (using Geocortex).
