I am responsible for:
General accounts &Vendors Accounts & Stock control and fixed assets in ERP System SAP Business One this includes the following :
1- Review procurement processes .
2- Create Good receipt P.O after Storekeeper and technicians review the inbound shipments .
3- Create landed cost for inbound shipments after collect and review shipment costs .
4- Create A/P INVOICE from Good receipt PO after review vendor invoice .
5- Processing outgoing payments to vendors according to the terms of payment in P.O .
6- monthly Bank reconciliation .
7- handle fixed assets transactions and master data .
8-create and update inventory items master data .
9- Participation in the preparation of financial statements each quarter & prepare all journal entries required for the closing of the financial period
10- Deal with the external auditor to complete audit process.
I was responsible for:
1- Record all banks & fixed assets & projects under process & petty cash and closing LC transactions in Accounting System (Al Motamem).
2- Record financial transaction related parent company and sister companies.
3- Bank accounts reconciliation.
4- Making the end of financial period adjustments.
5- Prepare financial statements every quarter year.
6- Participate in the preparation of annual budget.
7- Deal with the external auditor to complete audit process.
I was responsible for:
Handle all Riyadh branch accounts and Control over the work of the branch.
I was responsible for:
1- Record all company financial transactions on accounting program.
2- Making the end of financial period adjustments.
3- Stock control
4- prepares monthly reports and annually financial statements.
I was responsible for:
1- Prepare journal entries of all company financial transactions and entered it on American journal (excel sheet) .
2- Prepare monthly reports ( sales report, expenses report, cost of goods report )
3- Prepare monthly sales tax statement.
