- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines, coordinate and supervise the construction process with CM. from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.
- Schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Oversee the performance of all Team Member and all trade contractors and are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule
- Review project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Directs and monitor construction team for the progress of construction activities.
- Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; workers' productivity and safety; and the quality of construction.
- Make sure of the quality of documents and communication channels to be efficient and sufficient.
- Maintains control over the project, determine if corrective action is needed, recommends
- Integrate the project component into a cohesive whole to satisfy owner/customers' needs.
