1.Establish projects Cost estimation and budgeting.
2. Direct the preparation and maintenance of
project cost control status and review/verify cost control forecasts.
3. Prepare, review and issue overall client and
contractor management cost reports.
4. Establish and maintain change control systems.
Ensure proper evaluation of change notices, determining cost impact on all affected areas.
5. Support project cost monitoring, analysis and forecasting functions, Devise and distribute plans, budgets and standards of performance for every area of activity and through early detection of variations, maximize the opportunity for cost
effective corrective action.
6. Promote cost reduction and search for ways to
reduce the project cost.
7. Manage All Site Cost Control Engineers in Site.
8. Responsible to control and monitor Company
total expenditures to ensure that all projects expenditures are captured, properly recorded and kept within the project budget, monitor that actual productivity rate in site to ensure that the establish cost is beneficial to the company.
8.Coaching and Training All new Cost Control
Engineers to be familiar with Project Control and
PMO Process and procedure.
Revised & submit all material submittal.
Revised & submit all Shop drawings.
Revised & submit all Hydraulic calculation.
Coordinates between all MEP works with Arch & Structure.
