1. Prepare Master schedule for the entire project and detailed schedule (engineering, procurement, construction for each contract package in the project.
2. Resource allocation and resources leveling.
3. Monitor weekly-monthly work project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
4. Prepare Man-hours and quantity curves report (Planned-Actual-Forecasted).
5. Prepare four weeks look-ahead programs to help identifying problems early, highlight the delays and its possible consequences on the project, and report the same to the project Controls Manager to initiate proper corrective action.
6. Monitor the Contract Packages contractor’s schedules and study their reflections on the master schedule
7. Assist in the Preparation of the Extension of Time Claims documents and schedule impacts.
8. Liaise with the Project Cost Control Department for the monthly issuance of the Cost Report.
9. Liaise with the Contract Administration to highlight the areas of potential time impacts.

2. Preparing and issuing request for quotation (RFQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) to the suppliers.
3. Prepare clarification requests for the Vendors.
4. Studying and analyzing the bidder’s offers, identify the best supplier that meets the technical and financial criteria.
5. Track the material delivery and execution.
6. Update the subcontractors and supplier’s data base and evaluation.
7. Prepare the regular status update of each project Budgeting exercises.
