Tasks
* Pre-opening team responsibilities
 All System installation and Configuration
 Controlling budgeted SOE and registry
 Controlling Pre-opening expenses
 Preparing all SOE request and obtaining approvals
 Implementing policies and procedures as per company standards and country’s regulation
 Applying rules and regulation of the country
* Preparation and review of financial statements, analysis of variations in operational figures and
proposing corrective measures were needed.
* Provide timely financial report on monthly operational results as well as key performance
indicators.
* Peppering statistical reports such as (current ratio, quick ratio, AR turnover and breakeven
points) that helps the management
* Preparation of the annual budget according to company’s policy, including Capital Expenditure
budget.
* Credit policy establishment and adherence, and initiate changes when necessary.
* Banking arrangements for overdrafts as well as Treasury management of funds via time
deposits.
* Cash flow forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity and optimization of funds.
* Communication with other department heads concerning control system in their respective
department.
* Compliance with taxation issues like foreign company tax and other taxes
* Supervise the IT System.
* Set-up and maintaining a system of internal control for revenues, costs and expenses when
required.
* Responsible for the maintenance of all accounting books and records of the operation in
accordance with the uniform system of accounts and local laws, and coordinate with external,
internal and tax auditors.
* Review supplier’s terms and payment conditions on a regular basis.
* Hire, promote personnel in the finance function.
