From 29th January 2006 till now, I worked at "Xceed contact centre" (Smart Village, Egypt), as:
Agent for Technical Support for a Canadian Company
•Trouble-shooting problems affecting customers’ Internet, Telephone, TV decoder Services within Optic Cables Technologies, and Mobile phones.
• Working on a system based tool in order to complete the job tasks. Receiving calls from Quebec (Canada).

Customer services representative, in a French "Xceed" client's account, from July 2008: providing telephone and television services in French hospitals
Previously, I was agent for the technical support a Canadian company. Starting from July 2007, my job was to trouble-shoot problems affecting customer's Internet and telephone services within optic cables technologies, working on a system based tool in order to complete the job tasks. Receiving calls from Quebec (Canada).
Before these, I was working in the Microsoft account: my duties were to provide software activation, "volume licenses keys", and to manage "terminal server" licenses. The customers were from France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Luxembourg
French Master of advanced degree delivered by France: Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées « DESS » (succeeded the 6th of September 2007), in Management Control, and auditing provided by "l’Institut d’Administration des Enterprises de PARIS (IAE.PARIS)” (Companies Administration Institute of Paris: University of Paris1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and studies were taken in the DGCI (Département de Gestion et de Commerce International) in the French faculty of Commerce at Ain-Shams university
1999-2003: Diploma of INSAM and French Bacaloréos (Bachelor) of Business administration: mention “good” (specialization: Marketing and Financial management) delivered by the Arabic Academy of Science and Technologies and Maritime Transports (belonging to the Arab league) which was in collaboration with the French high commercial sciences school: ESLSCA (Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées) (located in Paris): Trilingual program (French 60%, English 30% and Arabic 10%)
1999: French Scientific High School Degree (Baccalauréat scientifique français) Specialization in Mathematics provided by the Lycée Français du Caire, which belong to the Academy of Lyon and the French Embassy in Cairo.
