I am working as a consultant representative for the Architectural works, such as but not limited to :
- Reviewing the shop-drawings.
- Reviewing the submittals of materials.
- Reviewing and reply for the site clarifications (RFI)
- Inspection works (IR & MIR)
- Reviewing the required tests.
• Senior Architectural Engineer during Probation Period :
- (Kuwait Credit Bank Building KCP Project in South Surra): Reviewing & modifying for
some shop drawings, preparing the quantities for hardscape works and Supervision
on finishing works.
- Manara Mall & City Center Project: preparing As Built drawings, rectifying all snag
list, rectifying 400 NCRs & JSIs during handing over & closing the project.
• Project Manager (Stone works - for Kuwait Gulf Oil Company Building KGOC in Ahmadi -
2.5 million KD- 50, 000 M² of marble and granite works): the project in initiating &
engineering phase such as :
- Preparing quantities with procurement & material Engineer for supplying it to the
project.
- Preparing shop drawings with technical office Engineers & submitting it to the
consultant for the approval.
- Submitting all required technical data to the consultant for the approval.
- Submitting all samples to the consultant for the approval.
- Preparing cutting lists for water jet floorings & mechanical wall claddings.
- Preparing all contractual and required reports.
- Choosing the project team.
- Preparing & Supervision on Mock-ups & submitting it to the consultant for the
approval.
- Preparing all required letters.
- Prepare all required permits & gate passes for our team and workers with safety
Engineers & Security officers of KGOC.
• Study & Pricing of Projects (eight contracts, their value almost 140 million)
Such as: Blanca 5 (Marassi), Creasent (Mivida), Livana (Uptown Cairo), Majarrah 2+3,
Ministry of Defense in the new administrative capital, The Cabinet of Ministries building in
the new administrative capital & Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the new administrative capital.
• Reviewing of contracts & agreements
• Study & Pricing of Projects (seven contracts, their value almost 120 million EGP)
Such as : police academy, Cairo Airport (Terminal Building No 2), Parliament Building & Egyptian Army Conference Hall.
• Reviewing of all contracts & agreements at above mentioned period
Supervision on finishing works of Safi project in Marassi village as a consultant Engineer
Supervision on construction of Marvel Mall in 5th Compound, New Cairo.
Supervision on construction of Samala & Alam Al Roum tourist village - Matrouh
• Samala & Alam Al Roum (Construction & working drawings phase)
• Salalah Resort (Design development - construction & working drawings phase)
• Bab El Shams (Construction & working drawings phase)
• Souma Bay (Design development for elevations)
(Study & Pricing of Projects - more than 200 projects)
(Shop drawing, Study & Pricing of Projects and Time schedule with primavera)
Responsibilities include:-
• Psychiatric Hospital - Nozha branch (Shop drawings - Time schedule with primavera & Follow up with site)
• Meridian Dahab Project (Shop drawings - Time schedule with primavera)
• Kababgy Restaurant - Accured Hotel ( previously Sheraton El Gezera ) ( Time schedule with primavera )
Have made an Executive works which included:-
• Establishment of Lead Foundation (Matarya Branch)
• Establishment of Lead Foundation (Giza Branch)
• Finishing of Egyptian American Bank (EAB) -Nasr City branch- First phase
• Finishing of Misr International Bank (MIB)-Masaken Sheraton branch
• Finishing of National Societe General Bank (NSGB)- Zamalek branch - First phase
• Finishing of villa in Oraby region - Obour city.
Technical Office works:

• Misr International Bank (MIB)-Masaken Sheraton branch ( Shop drawings-Time schedule with primavera & Follow up reports - As built drawings - Quantities calculation )
• Misr International Bank (MIB) -Port of Said branch ( Shop drawings-Time schedule with primavera & Follow up reports - As built drawings )
• National Societe General Bank (NSGB)- Zamalek branch (Shop drawings-Time schedule with primavera & Follow up reports)
