Preparing new payroll excel sheets for all the companies on monthly basis.
- Adding data of the new hired employees in the monthly payroll excel sheets (gross salaries, hiring date …etc.).
- Removing data of the resigned employees from the monthly payroll excel sheets.
- Calculating new hires’ salaries based on their hiring date and the same for all resigned employees based on their last working day.
- Reviewing and calculating all deductions before applying on payroll sheets (delays, absence, fingerprint missing, sick leaves, and unpaid leaves).
- Reviewing and calculating all earnings before applying on payroll sheets (overtime, day of allowance, commissions, bank commissions, insurance commissions, Contact Cars commissions, incentives, bonus, and profit share).
- Applying any change of statuses for employees in all companies and getting the required signatures on the document.
- Calculating and preparing all salary increases with the requested analyses.
- Sending monthly salary reports the Chairman with the differences between current and previous months.
- Getting approvals through signatures from the Chairman before making any payroll transfer.
- Preparing transfer sheets for all companies, each company in a separate sheet.
- Coordinating with the finance team before any payroll transfer regarding the total amount of the payroll amount.
- Sending payroll transfers and following up with the bank to ensure the transfer is processed.
- Sending all payroll sheets to the chartered accountant's office.
- Reviewing tax settlements for all companies.
- Preparing any payroll analysis.
- Reviewing all employee loans and assuring it is compatible with company policy.
- Coordinating with the bank account manager to receive new hires' bank account numbers.
- Replying to employees’ inquiries regarding monthly salaries.
- Arranging with the finance team to receive commissions and incentives sheets before working on monthly payroll and assuring payroll is ready on time.
- Responsible for medical insurance renewal, additions of new joiners; deletion of leavers; and communication with clients.
