The Project Area is 4, 570, 000 m2 which encompasses a total built-up Area of 362, 806 m2. The total number of buildings is 170 (including 19 Hangar & 8 hybrid). I oversee the construction of 23 Buildings with a BUA of 95, 000 m2. The budget of the project is 4 Bn. Q.R.

Project: COAST GUARD BASE BUILDINGS AT DAAYEN - project value: 1.8 billion QR (Finished Project)
CLIENT: Private Engineering Office - Doha, Qatar
The project includes of forty-eight building with a total budget (1.8 Billion QR) of different types (general operation, technical support, public residential, hotel, training, utility building (substation, telecom, and district cooling), tanks (under, above ground, and GRP), and steel structure…) buildings.
Responsibility:
• Assist the Construction Manager in managing and supervising the work on-site for delivering the project from initial to handover as per specification and QCS and within budget and time.
• Monitoring the site activities of structural and architectural/finishing works.
• Preparing the look-ahead schedule in coordination with MEP works.
• Follow up with the structural and architectural department for the approved shop drawings, material submittals, and methods of statement to be issued to the site for construction.
• Coordinate/preside meetings and correspondence with the sub-contractor including scope, minutes, and action items.
• Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. Ensures that the services of subcontractors and major construction equipment required by the project will be available at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise Hard and soft Landscape works on site.
• Supervise site installation, testing, start-up and commissioning of All Infrastructure trades (Sewer, Storm, TSE, District Cooling, Firefighting, and Potable Network).
