My responsibilities are the following:

1- System administration:
-Designing, implementing and manage servers includes add-on software packages, as required. Installs, configures.
- Perform backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and work data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
- Developing, Upgrading agreed solutions and implementing new systems.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
- Implements privacy and IT policies and access rights. Ensures appropriate system and application access based on the user’s nature of work.
- Creates and administers the web e-mails and C-panels.
2- System support:
- Provides end-users with timely support relating to access problems to ensure minimum delay in user’s work.
- Installing and configuring clients operating systems and applications.
- Software and O/S installation-troubleshooting - Backups, outlook backups and archive for the end of users.
-Assist the IT manager in organizing, planning, implementing strategy, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs and operating systems.
-Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department.
-Designing, implementing, maintaining and managing Microsoft windows server 2003, 2008, 2012 (AD users, group policy, DHCP, DNS, permissions, File server, security, remote desktop).
-Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
-Managing and troubleshoot VMware ESXi 5.1 servers.
-Creates and administers Google and Godaddy e-mails.
-Installing, maintaining, solve technical issues for PC, Servers, Workstations, hardware/software, Fingerprint machine, Printers, for all the users.
