• Handling indoor daily sales activities starting from greeting the client, evaluate his requirements, promote the suitable vehicle, test drive to closing the deal
• Coordinate with our work shop and service center for accessories applications and delivery dead lines
• Achieve the required CSI measures through the after sales services
• Keeping close contact with prospect clients
• Doing follow up with lost clients
• Monitoring market changes and achievements of our competitors
• Keeping track of special offers in Auto Market
- Monitoring sales performance for dealers in each of the above mentioned countries
- Set the yearly targets
- Making frequent trips to follow market researches and competitor’s achievements
- Setting a market plan and sales forecast per each quarter
- Communicate with the main office in Germany to study the suitable new launched products in the middle east market
- Follow up with logistics & export order processing unit in JAFZA to secure dead lined deliveries
- Keeping close contact to improve relations with key accounts such as Municipality principals and major industrial establishments & HORECA business owners
- Responsible of checking all suites and decide whether it is ready for guests
- Keeping track of guests personal data & special occasions
- Update the floor condition according to suitable reservations
- Telephone respond, write memos & e-mails, preparing reports, order taking, maintenance controling, files coordinating, stock controling, etc
