Responsible for North Egypt projects.
Providing an efficient HVAC solution with our partners ( LG VRF, SABIANA AHU & FCU, Thermocold chillers & condensing units)
-Search and define new expandable segments/customers,
exploiting and evaluating the weight of all business
opportunities.
-Identify the customer’s needs, recommend the corresponding
material and ensure compliance to technical and commercial specifications in compliance with company guidelines.
-Implement the business strategy and Influence business decisions by providing key input such as product pricing, market situation, competitors etc., to the Management.
-Manage the various projects, by following & creating
relationship with stakeholders for each project.
-Participates in meetings or direct communications with
customers.
-Selecting the best effective products to achieve the customer requirements according to the specs and life cycle cost, and preparing pricing quotations, technical data to customers.
Maintenance for all static and rotating equipment.
* Scheduling weekly, monthly semiannually & annually
preventive maintenance schedule & convert some of
predictive maintenance to preventive.
* Make check list and reporting my manager to make analysis if
happen malfunction or new requisition.
* Request semi-annual and annual spare part for the plant
according to maintenance plan.
* Stocking the store every 6 month.
