Key Responsibilities:
Review of contractors’ designs, method statements, work schedules and inspections of materials delivered to site.
Carrying out site audits and inspections to verify the installed equipment is complete and complies with contract requirements.

Shuwaikh & Hawally Pumping Stations, Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW).
Consultancy design services for the major refurbishment of two large pumping stations and associated facilities. As I lead role for
designing the HVAC, Smoke ventilation systems Including the production of specifications, drawings and bill of materials to allow
the request to tender for potential suppliers.
Modern Laboratory building, Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW)
Design service for the HVAC system with thermal energy storage (TES) including calculations. Design for the smoke ventilation
system and BMS for special requirements of green building design (LEED certified). Coordination of the design with the LEED
specialist, Laboratories specialist and Client (MEW). Production of technical specifications, drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ).
Control Building C3, Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Ahmadi
Consultancy design services for the design and supervision of a new control centre. Lead role for designing the HVAC systems
including control systems, and the production of specifications and detailed drawings.
Swimming pools at Al-Jahra Club, Public authority for youth and sport, Jahra
Design and supervision for the construction of new swimming pools at Al-Jahra sports club. Responsible for the managing the design
services for HVAC and smoke Ventilation systems, producing the technical specifications, drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ).

Design and supervision for the construction of a new administration building for the National Guard. Lead role for the design of the
HVAC systems, smoke ventilation systems, producing the technical specifications, drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ).
Administration building for Public Authority for agriculture & fish (PAAF), Salmeya
New administration building for government ministry. Lead role for the design of the HVAC systems, smoke ventilation systems,
producing the technical specifications, drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ).
Traffic building, Ministry of interior (MOI), Farwaneya
Consultancy design services for the design and supervision of a new administration building. Lead role for designing the HVAC,
Pluming & fire fighting systems including control systems, and the production of specifications and detailed drawings.
Working as the lead site engineer for the main contractor to manage the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment on the
project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineer for the installation, commissioning, testing and handover of HVAC units, control systems and electrical cabling.
Interfacing with the site manager and other lead engineers to coordinate installation work across disciplines and connection of
services.
Managing a team of technicians to schedule the work and ensure it is carried out in accordance with the contract requirements and
local regulations.
Providing adequate instruction and supervising the installation work to ensure it is carried out without risk to health, safety or the

Madinaty, Talaat Mostafa, Cairo
Considered one of the biggest residential projects in Egypt comprising an extremely large self-contained complex, including all
services such as sports club, shopping malls, mosques, lakes and water towers. Lead for the installation of HVAC, control systems
(BAS) and electrical cabling across the entire complex.
Control systems engineer for several SCADA / PLC projects with responsibility for the design, development, installation, testing
commissioning and handover of medium and large integrated control systems. Reporting directly to the project manager, engineering
manager and/or group director.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing conceptual and preliminary designs and costs to assist the sales team with preparing tenders.
Preparing detailed designs including P&IDs, scope matrix, functional design document (FDS), software design documents (SDS),
architectural design document (ADD), flow charts and other documents as required.
Configuration and coding of the control system to the required functionality and design documents and drawings.
Internal and factory testing to verify correct operation prior to shipping of the system. Recording of test results.
Interfacing with the site manager and other lead engineers to coordinate installation work across disciplines and connection of
services.
Managing a team of technicians to install the control systems in accordance with the contract requirements and local regulations.
