my job was to ensure safety standards was held during loading and unloading of shipments after and before transportation besides scheduling transports between cities and drivers
my job was to ensure safety is applied in the factory, besides quality of plastic products is fitting to standards, i learned alot from this job experience
I went for a visit to this company and have seen how natural gas is processed from its early beginning till its transportation including removal of water vapor and toxicity like H2S and several impurities and also liquefaction of gas by many many methods under certain pressure using many coolants and have seen trains where gas is processed .. then the liquefied gas if transported to tanks on ships where it's transported and degasified to be used again ...
I have learned in this company a lot like distillation towers and how it works by different temperatures... how different distillates are processed to produce different product such as gasoline .. grease ..oil .. etc. I have seen control rooms and how it works also learned about pneumatic and automatic valves and how it plays great role in field of gas and oil .
I have been trained in this company and learned a lot about water treatment unit and manufacture of ammonia, ammonium nitrate & nitric acid ... I have seen absorption towers and how it works .. also dry ovens and transportation inside the factory .. also safety and fire hazards where chemicals where highly flammable and extremely danger but in case of applying safety rules everything is okay .
I have worked 3 years in this company which produce viotech decoration parts for ceilings and rooms I have learned all about this technology from the beginning of adding the chemicals under certain pressure & temperature in scale in a closed like chamber till the polishing and furnishing of it including cooling and removal of extra parts and also learned about safety and valves and how to shut down in emergency cases and how electricity plays a great role in this manufacture .
My graduation project was : “ Enhancement of waste water treatment by removal of copper and zinc by agitation method “
