▪ Project: AL-SHABAB Power Planet Phase II (Converting Simple Cycle to Combined Cycle), Ismailia, Egypt
▪ Duties and responsibility:
- Ensure that the day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with the daily construction plan and schedule.
- Co-ordinate with other project sections to achieve the target.
- Ensure that the required resources are available on time.
- Identify problems and resolve them.
- Provide the required technical documentation to the team.
- Ensure that the crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
- Ensure timely request for necessary resources, materials, tools etc.
- Maintain and provide details of the work progress.
- Deal with Client’s representatives at Site.
- Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
1) Steel Structure Supervisor (Apr. 2015 to Dec. 2015)
Project: NPSS MINIMILL for Steel Bar
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the quantity of the work executed by the contractor and monitor the compliance with established schedule.
- Supervise steel Structure works according to the latest issued construction drawings.
- Monitor the progress with schedules and updating to site manager.
- Continuously reviewing construction drawings and issue Non-Conformity reports regarding any problems in construction drawings
- Checking delivered material and reporting of any missing
- Attend weekly meetings with project team, client and contractor
2) Civil Supervisor (Apr. 2014 to Mar. 2015)
Project: Ezz Rolling Mills - Direct Reduction Plant Project
Main Area of responsibility: Water Treatment Plant
-Supervising all civil activinties in water treatment plant.
(construction of reinforced concrete items, performing water leakage test, epoxy painting, sewerage lines, storm water lines, electrical conduits, roads and high finishing for Electrical cabins)
-Acting as technical adviser on a construction site for civil subcontractor.
-Make continues inspection for civil works and handover to the client.
-Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per drawings and specifications.
-Day-to-day management of the site.
-Preparing reports as required.
-Solving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. 1

1) Review the drawings and coordinate between the technical office and consultant for drawings approval.
2) Follow up any modifications from the client.
3) Supervise company's erection team at site and hand over the activities to the consultant.
4) Solve technical problems appeared at execution.
5) Involved in Payment issues.
As a Site Engineer at KEC International Limited, the main contractor of this project, I’m responsible of supervising the subcontractor (KAHROMICA) in all site activities in my section (100 Towers from the start at Abu-Quir to El- Mahmoudeia) and presenting all these activities to the client (Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company EETC).

Subordinate:
•From KEC: 1 junior civil engineer and 2 experienced supervisors
•From KAHROMICA: 2 experienced civil engineers, 3 experienced supervisors, 1 survey group and 8 contractors (working as subcontractor from KAHROMICA)
Assisting superintendents for a part of project operational activities; dry work teams and cutter dredger. That means arranging and controlling all outdoor activities, dredging and reclamation, on such a matter that company's equipment work on the most effective way, including all kind of arrangements for labours. Next to this I was also responsible for all paperwork what have to do with my responsibilities.
A) Supervising all site activities, RC and Finishing works, for all consultant projects (Low Rise Residential Buildings)
B) Preparing reports for achieved activities for all consultant projects.
A) Diving Operations

Duties:
1- Choosing, preparing and checking required equipments before going to the site.
2- Arranging everything belong to the operation with the client representative at site.
3- Manage the operation at site.
4- Carrying out daily log report at site for the client representative.
5- Carrying out final reports and movies at office.
