• After 8 months promoted to Senior Stock Controller for 1.5 years.
• Repromoted to Warehouse Coordinator in 2019 till present.
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Managing all inventory control related activities. o Six years working experience in SAP operative system in warehouse. o Count inventory periodically and reconcile with records and performed Internal & External semi-annual/annual inventory count and reconciliation, reporting to auditors or designated departments, analyzing and resolving any sort of raised discrepancies in the system. o Comparing information on requisitions, invoices and receiving local/export shipments and processing through SAP operating system. o Auditing, accepting or rejecting materials received according to the condition of materials received and its specification. o Maintaining all the documents of the issuing & receiving materials and submitting GRN promptly. o Ensuring designated locations of goods for distribution to the stores is well organized. o 1.5 years working experience in ELVIS system. o Coordinating with the finance team and being in touch with suppliers regarding incoming materials forecast in the warehouse.
o Best supporting staff and performing special assignments to clear OLD & NON-MOVING stocks in the warehouse. o Ability to resolve problems or complaints presented by staff and user/customer. o Communicating and processing retail outlets requisitions, special orders arrival and products delivery schedules. o Managing E-commerce, Retailer and logistic work. Manage and confirm orders as per their schedules on different marketplaces (Saco, Extra, Noon, Amazon). o Management of online store (electronics, mobile and lifestyles and books) on Amazon Seller Flex and other online systems. o Reporting~ Preparation process of reports (data received from SAP system) to be provided to superior and upper management. Responsibility of regular reporting on the business performance to manager. o Sales And Distribution~ Monitor daily sales, stock, inventory and generate report. Provide solutions to optimize system and improve process. Manage storage and vendors. o Warehouse Management System
• Goods movements: Manage goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, automatic replenishment in bin, processing stock differences and management of stock in warehouse.
• Managing bin storage: Managing stocks at storage bin level as per requirement and mapping bins in the system.
• Planning and Monitoring workload base on the space occupied by an object in the bins and act accordingly to meet the tasks on time.
• Warehouse control unit: controlling the articles or items in WMS by automatic put away, stock removal system and auto transferring. o Volume Calculation and Storage~ Measuring how much space occupied by an object. Check shelves or storage capacity and store the stock in organized manner. Check shelves length and width or storage space in warehouse for stock storage.
