• Monitoring, tracking and maintaining a calendar of activities.

• Assisting the Director, Business Development and/or the Manager.
• Working with the business development research team preparing competitive intelligence and marketing research reports.
• Working with administrative assistance to improve the performance of administrative support staff throughout the practice/industry/initiative groups in their use (data entry, running routine reports, etc.).
• Providing support to the group in legal issues.
• Providing support to the group in their business activities.
• Assisting with identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and targets.
• Representing Rasan R/E Projects Co. in Rasan Catering board of directors.
• Supporting the group in shareholders relations.
• Support the Finance Department in the auditing process of the company financial year, and provide all required documents.
• Support the Finance Department in replying the Ministry of Trade remarks on the annual financial report (general assembly meeting).

As a return for our work, there were 100, 000 daily visitors for the
website. After nearly 3 years Q8 Car Company (ww.q8car.com)
approached us and we sold it to them.
