• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for establish & implement operational plans for the stores which ultimately aims to achieve the main objectives to the company.
• Preserve the materials in their condition and ensure that they are not exposed to damage or loss or decrease or change the specifications and provide a suitable place.
• Periodic inventory of warehouse contents
• Training the personnel in warehouse management on their work and transferring expertise to them.
• Suggest appropriate budget for warehouse.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ) for warehouse management.
• Define the functional requirements of warehouse management systems.
• Manage the human resources working in warehouses as best as possible.
• Prepare, analyze and monitor the logistics, warehouse and actual expenditure budget.
• Prepare plans to change the capacity of the warehouse and equipment for the transfer and delivery of materials.
• Responsible for monitoring the organization of storage units, shelving and safety of stocks according to storage instructions.
• Overseeing the workers during the process of adding, arranging and properly organizing the stocks according to the instructions.
• Suggest improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will improve the performance of the work under his administration.
• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
• Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
• Executing all tasks assigned by the Executive Director within the scope of the warehouse management work.
• Submit a weekly report to the Executive Director to indicate what has been achieved and what has been postponed with a reason.• Responsible for keeping all records of the quality in warehouse management and all its works subject to internal auditing.
Authorities :
• Follow-up and revise storekeepers and workers..• Make working plan for warehouse as per the company’s policy and coordinating with other company administration.
