- Prepared contractual documents related to contract type and Variation Orders on ongoing projects to fit NUCA’s requirements.
- Engaged in valuation of contract work in Remeasured Contracts and valuation of varied work due to variation orders issued by NUCA. - ------ Worked on solving disputes related to valuation of claims to settle down a healthy working environment.
- Engaged in revising submitted financial & time claims due to foreseeable and unforeseeable risks
Reviewed and negotiated vendors and supplier's quotations to determine the best price and delivery date for NUCA projects, then conducted comparison sheets.
- Obtained accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates.
- Understood job bid instructions, detailed specifications, prepare a "take off" of materials included.

Duties:
- Monitored project progress and ensure costs remain within budget.
- Managed the billing processes and resolve any disputes over payment.
- Prepared detailed reports and forecasts, including cash flow projections
- Quantity surveying for civil & architectural items, revised submittals and compared it with the BOQ quantity.
- Handled and updated projects schedules based on the contract and targeted milestones for each phase based on the project plan, cash flow and priorities using Primavera P6.
- Developed regular interval progress and approved quantities reports for Invoicing which resulted in smoothing the invoices cycle and facilitation of revising process.
- Communicated and coordinated with various sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Prepared Method Statement, Shop Drawings and BBS.
- Assisted the Resource Manager with the allocation of manpower and equipment.
- Directed the Subcontractors and ensured that work done as per specifications.
- Performed regular job site observations to provide direction.
