• Enforce the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment standards and promote awareness of its use among all personnel involved in Projects activities, ensure that safe work rules and practices are understood, implemented and consistently followed by the team.
• Ensure completion and quality of the execution of projects jobs.
• Saving time and cost by managing, supervising and coaching subordinates in order to reach the most efficient engineering fashion to optimize malfunction and the stoppage as much as we can.
• Team leader for the several shutdowns of the Vertical Raw Mills, Ball Mills, Pipe lines Erections, Kiln, Bucket Elevators, Belt Conveyor, Crushers, Coal Mill, Drag chains, Bag filters, Compressors, Gear Boxes, Air Slides, Steel Works fabrication and erection.
• Team leader for Design, Estimation, Planning and erection of Sludge system project in UNION Cement Company.
• Dealing with any standard assembly drawing and making design for pipe lines, elbows, expansion joint, steel structures, belt conveyors.
• Managing the inventory and spare parts for the required tasks.
• Managing the work-force of foremen, technicians, cranes operations in the team.
• Maintenance of static equipment like tanks, heat exchangers, coolers as well as assembly of new equipment.
• Working in coordination with the maintenance and operation team to plan and schedule regular construction and maintenance activities and planning needed shutdowns.
Maintenance Engineer responsible for the SIG Combi BLOC TETRA Pak and GEA Processing Production line Equipment, doing the following responsibilities: -
• Assist in the Installation of Filling and Distribution Equipment of the New SAKR TETRA PAK Plant.
• Troubleshoot faults with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems in a wide variety of situations.
Egyptian Army Diesel Workshop, MARSA MATRUH, Egypt
• Maintenance of diesel motors in tanks.
• Scheduling and performing periodical maintenance for operation equipment.
• Leading and scheduling maintenance team in overhauls.
• Supervision of fabrication works (welding, cutting, turning and drilling) at workshop.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer coordinator of the following:
• Leading the maintenance team in 5 overhauls (horizontal mills-Reclaimer-Centrifugal and Screw Compressors-Product belts-cooling tower).
