• Control over all accounting in a computerized accounting and financial packages.
• Recommend process improvements to complete assigned work within expected quality and deadlines.
• Ensuring the integrity of underlying financial transactions, as well as Keeping up to date with regulatory changes.
• Assisting manager in coordinating and supervising work activities to ensure efficiency in work operations.

• Handle internal control and accounting functions over all financial operations. And Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals.
• Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
• Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
• Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.).
• Partner with Product Management and Purchasing Team in determining financial impact due to product cost reductions, new product roll out, etc. and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results.
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
• Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
