The duties of my position are to assist suppliers with negotiations on line and off line (core and no core activities), organize tenders (auctions, request for quotations, and request for information's) public and private negotiations. Prepare general agreement, commercial and technical requirements in team work with the requesters and legal accounts. I have contact with suppliers all around the world. I have always worked in a team environment to provide the best customer service. Ability to work in team and manage resources. Able to work under stress.
Main Responsibilities
•Purchase of requirements and handle supplier performance reporting requirements, and expediting.
•Sourcing for new & reliable suppliers for long term contracts and relationship.
•Source new products and review existing ones to ensure products remain competitive.
•Insured the quality and reliability and most cost efficient commodities of company purchased materials.
•Negotiate with suppliers to get best deals.
•Supplier partnership improvement.
•Maintain statistics of purchases.
•Maintain supplier/material database including supplier data materials specifications, prices, lead times, and Quality.
•Evaluate supplier capacity to meet production requirement.
•Leads the cost saving projects.
•Analyze market trends for purchased materials and issue report on regular bases to the management
the purchase request ‘’PR’’ from the procurement manager which is prepared by the preparation managers of the plants.
•Send the request for quotation ‘’RFQ’’ or the Inquiry to the suppliers.
•Collect the technical & commercial offers from suppliers.
•Making the comparison table ("TVS" Technical Validation sheet) to see the technical & commercial difference between the suppliers.
•Asking all or some of the suppliers for any clarification points which it referring to requester or obesities
•Received the TVS which it shown me which suppliers accepted technically & which it not.
•Procurement going to negotiate the accepted suppliers commercially.
•Take commercially decision to place an order to best offer from the technically accepted suppliers.
•Placing the Purchase Order referring to all a/m steps.
•Inform the contact person of supplier which we place the order to his company.
•Follow the delivery the gods when the delivery date come.
the company's foreign issues, submitting the inquiries, negotiate with the suppliers to get the best prices and place the purchasing orders.
•Arrange the shipping documents and relay to the nominated forwarders to ship the orders.
•Tackle with the banks to transfer the payment by telegraphic transfer or issue letter of credits.
•Issue the form (4) and revert with the stamped customs release.
•Handle the cargo clearance matter with the customs brokers until receiving the shipment at the warehouse.

•Select and manage engineering companies.
•Prepare the RFQ (Request for Quotation) to assist the bidding process.
•Select vendors and contractors in cooperation with purchasing.
•Manage and oversee EM construction.
•Approves invoices.
•Manage dispute resolution with contractors and engineering firms.
•Provide interface with Gemco HO, representatives for the coordination of various project reviews.
•Prepare regular progress reports on ongoing projects to keep top management apprised of the status.
Main Responsible:
•Establishing the client base for KSP, Onga, Kirloskar, IDP, Pluger & Changsha Pumps. Develop a detailed survey of the market in the industrial field in order to understand the market activity and competitors’ activities and strategies. Develop high technical know-how of the pumps in general and the KSP, Onga, Kirloskar, IDP, Pluger & Changsha & brand in specific to respond to customer inquiries while preparing bids and attending tenders.
•Studying the tender of supply & erection for Wady el_Saida irrigation Pumping station.
•Studying the tender of the Aen El-Bia pumping station in Syria.
•Studying the tender of the sewage station of the Borg El-Arab Elgdeda city
at guided sea training on (Marine Engineering Cadetship) AIDA supplying vessel.
•My Main Responsible
Assist Engineering Officers in maintaining the ship's main engines, and running and maintaining all facility management, mechanical equipment, including the operation and maintenance of pumps and fuel systems, electrical generating and distribution equipment, refrigeration, air conditioning plant, lifts, and cranes.
