o RF shift Team leader.
o RF planning and calculations of the VSAT link budget.
o Managing and Handling daily problems for Tiba-1 Satellite network using alarm management procedures to ensure excellent performance.
o Reviewing the data sheet of Components (devices) of the ground station.
o Reviewing the Licenses that provided from NTRA.
o Communicating & Collaborating with other satellite service providers.
o Preparing daily meeting and reports, weekly sprint, and monthly reports for Ground stations (software & maintenance).
o Ensuring proper configuration and operation of ground control station equipment.
o Using U2000 to prepare the site take actions on the site (PWR-RET-Azimuth-…) before and during the visit. o 3G and LTE Monitoring KPI performance, detect degradation and recommend solving it. o Neighbor Planning and audit using OMStar.
o Acceptance for the new sites. o Deep log analysis by using TEMS Investigation and TEMS discovery.
o Acceptance for the new sites (2G, 3G, U900, new Bi-beam and new sector) o Coordination with the different teams (Drive test-Roll out-Back office-customer-…) before and during the visit. o Deep log analysis by using TEMS Investigation and TEMS discovery. o Detect and solve any problem during the acceptance (Detecting neighbors, core problems and function problems). o Monitoring KPI performance, detect degradation and recommend solving it. o Implement the acceptance reports & contact to the customer to acceptant.
-Including working at the following projects o Swap Huawei And U900 project o Etisalat 2G and 3G project (Cairo) o Etisalat 2G and 3G project (Delta and Alex) o Mobinil Nokia Siemens 3G project o Mobinil VIP complaint (Customer Complaints). o Mobinil multi-vendor o Alcatel Vodafone new site:(checking cross sector and feeder-single site verification) Implement the following tasks o New site acceptance for2G, 3G and U900 sites o Bench Marking o Complaints handling. o Planning for Micro indoor sites o Night actions. o Implement Reports using Map info and TEMS Discovery
