* Lead a Team consist of 12 QS's, Give training and Advice when it's Required.
* Prepare variation orders
* Prepare Claims and Validate the Entitlementand the calculations of Claims Submitted by SC.
* Validate the interim payment application prepared by my team before submitting to the engineer.
* Issue the interim payment certificates for subcontractors.
* Prepare contractual correspondences for employers, engineers,
subcontractors, suppliers and the interface coordination purpose where
appropriate.
* Prepare EV and commercial reports in monthly basis
* Held and attending meetings with the employer, engineer and my top management.
* Lead a Team consist of 3 QS., Give training and Advice when Required.
* Preparing Claims and Validate the Entitlement of Claims Submitted by SC.
* Verify and certify subcontractor’s payments.
* Prepare contractual correspondences for employers, engineers,
subcontractors, suppliers and the interface coordination purpose where
appropriate.
During this Period, I worked in 3 projects "Upgrading of King Abdullah Bin Abdelaziz Existing Airport, Construction of Rabigh University Hospital, Rabigh, KSA, Hail Admin. Building project “Hail University”, Hail, KSA" as senior QS and was responsible for all commercial related task which including but not limited to "Preparing interim payment application, issuance of interim payment certificate for subcontractors, preparing variation, preparing claims, etc."
