Implementation of complete CLM solution that include
Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, Rational Quality Manager and Rational Reporting Developer Intelligence tools.
Training of more than 200 employees on the above tools.
Support of all Riyad Bank IT employees on above tools.

National Bank is one of the leading and biggest bank in Pakistan with over 1285 branches nation wide and presence in 20 countries.
 Creation of ETL for uploading data to SAP GL.
 Development of Data Cubes through Sql Server Analysis Services for NBP Dashboard.
 Enhancements database structure of MIS application. Revamp of application by replacing crystal reports with SSRS.
 Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
 Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
 Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
 Provides consulting, knowledge expertise in strategic performance management methodologies, process assessment work, and the application of technologies to business.
 Performed analysis of business requirements, reviews, coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders, Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
 Coordinating in implementation of SAP modules in the bank.
