company- Subsidiary of TMG (Talaat Mostafa Group)
I have been working for five years(starting October 2011) as
operation manager of housing project and shopping mall. I have accumulated a wealth of
experience in towers/units and malls management.
During my last employment as operation manager of San Stefano residential and mall
complex, I succeeded to take services steps ahead and to higher standards which resulted,
and despite of the recession state experienced by Egypt, in a remarkable increase of the
units' price. And I succeeded in gain the trust of various foreign consulates and international
oil companies to choose this building for their diplomats and employees as a safe and good
quality place to stay and live.. And these units increased by 216% in the last 5 years.(went
from 48 units to 104).This is in addition to the mall (San Stefano) management responsibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the service standards in the residential complex are carried out in accordance
with the established standards of management and this includes the maintenance and
cleaning.
2. Follow-up and reviewing security work with the director of the department and oversee
their implementation.
3. Discuss and control the budget in addition of reducing the operating expenses.
4. Strengthen the relationship with the owners and solve any of their problems.
5. Checking out the training and development of workers and their access to the highest level
according to the standards of the company.
6. Establishment on regular basis in advance of the schedule/rotation of the Duty Managers.
7. Review and develop job descriptions.
8. Recruit and orient new staff.
9. Prepare, distribute and follow-up on meeting minutes.
10. Ensures all staff is thoroughly familiar with the building's emergency and security
procedures.
