Supervise & implement Preventive, corrective and Proactive Maintenance and planning Preventive maintenance and overhauling for all mechanical rotating equipment onboard vessel in addition to Diesel engines. Alongside with troubleshooting all rotating equipment such as:
• Quincy Reciprocating Air Compressors, Atlas Copco Screw Compressors.
• Volvo Penta Marine Generators, Cummins Diesel Generators.
• DEUTZ and YANMAR Marine Diesel Engines.
• Centrifugal pumps SIHI, DESMI and KSB.
• Following Combustion Inspection for MS 7001EA- GT.
- Ensures that all safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during Rotating equipment maintenance & commissioning activities
- Confirm maintenance activities through Computerized Maintenance Management System (TM-Master v2) from Tero-Marine.
- Provide technical advice to optimize reliability and availability of the rotating equipment
• Follow up the execution of all recommendations which initiated by internal Audits committee such as (Process safety audits, HSE audits & insurance audits) and/or External Audits from all Third Parties like ABS, GL, BV, DNV and LR.
• Ensure adequate provision, availability of spare parts, follow up the inventory safety stock and min/max quantities and issue spare parts Requisitions to compensate spare parts shortage.
• Prepare and plan in details all inspection activities, planned maintenance, major overhauls and maintenance jobs during planned shutdowns and forced shutdowns by ensuring maximum support to sustainable production.
• Supervise the maintenance activities in workshops.
• Acts as a Team Leader on installation and modification of rotating equipment; moreover selection, testing for rotating equipment.
• Oversee the purchasing of the spare parts and shelf stock and services for all maintenance and overhaul operations. evaluate suppliers and negotiate purchase agreements with them, as well as maintain the inventory of supplies, .
• Assist in planning budget preparation and Follow up budget execution (Running and Asset)
• Revise spare parts requisitions and Prepare tendering study.
During Military service period in a Hollow Core Slab Factory in the Armed Forces.
