Role and Achievements:
• Manage rollout, modernization and swap projects through large team of in-house and SC members, from predesign survey phase to service complete delivery to customer.
• Create project rollout plan and acquire stakeholder’s approval. Execute, monitor and control the plan and manage change requests.
• Manage customer / stakeholder expectation and engagements.
• Manage and lead subcontractors effectively throw managing their expectation, provide adequate orientation and training, manage communication, monitor contract/SLA achievement and mediate disputes.
• Manage project inventory by monitoring delivery plan, stock, in/out transaction, DOA and repair cycles.
• Manage internal audit, customer acceptance, acceptance documents, insure complete service delivery/handover to the customer.
• Act as subject matter expert in project risk identification and assessment workshops.
• Manage pre-survey, documentation creation and approval from customer (TSSR, AARF, EIR, SSR and MOP).
• Integrate project prerequisites sub-plans of Civil, power, TXM, BH, core and radio into rollout plan. Monitor sub-plans milestones achievement and assess risks.
• Manage day-to-day aspects for not announced sites (KPIs/Alarms clearance).
• Enhance the deployment quality and achieved 97% acceptance rate.
• Professional experienced with crash and fast track programs.
• Work with Field Force department to improve service, process quality, services catalog dimensioning, SC evaluation and selection, training programs and resources development plans.

• Direct and manage new installation and modernization activities for various equipment including complete 2G system, TXM, and power systems.
• Provide service delivery within schedules, scope, quality and cost plans. Provide reports to management and customer. Ensures customer satisfaction.
