• توثيق ومتابعة العمليات الادارية وضبط الجودة للعمليات والإجراءات.

• المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والاشراف والمتابعة على التدقيق الخرجي لنظام الايزو 9001.
• تنفيذ وإدارة مشاريع ومبادرات عديدة على مستوى الشركة والجهات الشريكة لها .
• ضبط الإجراءات واعداد التقارير لمنع ازدواجية المهام .
• وضع وتطبيق نظام إدارة وتحليل المخاطر و اقتراح سيناريوهات العمل المختلفة .
• تحليل بيئة العمل الداخلية والخارجية واستخدام ادوات التخطيط الإستراتيجي المتنوعه .
• اعداد تقارير النتائج الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية وكذلك مؤشرات المشاريع والمبادرات والأداء ووضع التوصيات ومتابعتها.
