• Details:
• Pelikan is a Project Management System based on the Program and Project Management specifications of the UNU system. Pelikan enables and automated web-based management and integration of project artifacts in a very customized UNU specific way.
• Managed the requirements and prototyping phase with the client i.e. Rector’s Office of the UNU.

• Completed the project in time and was tested with Clearing Houses before the HIPAA
mandated deadline of 31 December 2011.
