1. Coordination and correspondence between client and contractors related to the project (such as review and approval of materials, manufacturer, manpower, program of work, payment invoice, etc)
2. Preparation of the contract package including technical specification, drawings, schedules, estimate the quantities of work and cost of project
3. Select and approve trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities
4. Select and approve the materials required for the project
5. Organize progress meeting between the contractors and the client and recording the minutes of the meetings
6. Conduct induction program, toolbox talk and safety meeting for equipment operators, site supervisors and general works
7. Developing and implementing quality control programs in line with company standards specifications
8. Developing and implementing safety of manpower and equipment programs at site in line with company procedure
9. Approval of construction drawings, method of construction/procedure, of different works of the project. Prepare progress report and safety HSE report and audits
10. Preparation of the program of work, manpower histogram, Health Safety and Environment Plan and invoice bill
11. Inspect the work during the different stages of construction of the Project
