• Processing of all documents of all projects (working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase order).
• Close monitoring to the contractors, consultants, & suppliers activities
Deliver the construction projects with the desired quality on time within budget from the consultation
• Checking the quality of the work executed & Implementing and solving technical problem
• Planning and preparing program and leading the construction team from ( labor - technicians )
• Assessing the environmental impact & risks connected to the projects
• Make sure the sites meet the legal guideline & health requirement
• Design & Drawing all sites & projects using Sap2000& AutoCAD
• Keeping records of the projects and updating database
• Managing, directing & monitoring progress during each phase of the projects
