- Responsible on conducting the required training, coaching and awareness sessions for the new hired Team members.
- Help in suggesting ongoing quality improvements for the settled processes and implementing them.
- Directly supervises Test Engineers and their activities during the project/product.
- Have professional knowledge in Telecom modules (CRM, ORM, CS, Payment, Billing, ARM, CCM, INV).

- Designing test cases and scenarios to meet the design and functional specifications.
- Executing test cases to assure the quality of the products.
- Handling defects reporting and tracking cycle.
- Reporting testing status and effort to the testing TL.
