To successfully implement and monitor sales activities of Boehringer Igelheim’s (BI) CHC core products in the private sector, in western area, through sales and marketing initiatives with the objective of increasing market share and return on investment (ROI), whilst adhering to best practice principles and BI's standard operational procedures (SOPs).
SALES MANAGEMENT :
Ensures achievement of sales and revenue targets, by setting sales targets for each sales rep and closely monitoring their performance on a monthly basis.
Monitors medical reps activities to ensure they are allocating sufficient time and resources to agreed segmented areas.
Coaches, leads and supervises direct reports in private visits.
Provides medical reps with the necessary tools and information needed to conduct their daily visits with healthcare professionals.
Develops and builds relations with key opinion leaders in order to secure their support for BI core products and foster long lasting relations.
MARKETING :
Participates in all account management activities to ensure reoccurring business and maximum ROI.
Liaises with Supervisor and Regional Product managers in executing a marketing plan for assigned district / area.
Conducts CME and AV meetings with key opinion leaders.
Coordinates with Marketing coordinators and logistics for development of promotional materials for local congresses.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT :
Builds and manages relations with agents to ensure they assist in promoting and pushing BI products.
Coordinates with agents to ensure stock availability for the private market and follows up with Head of Sales for reordering.
Promoting Boehringer Ingelheim products for the health care providers (MICARDIS, PRADAXA and SPIRIVA)
Implementation of the sales & Marketing strategy.
Counteraction of the competitor’s activities within the area of responsibilities.
Timely reporting market feedback about competitors and market changes.
Achieved my quantitative and qualitative objectives for 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 with very competitive market share over the market growth.
Promoting Spimaco products (Klavox and Rofenac) .
Implementation of the sales & Marketing strategy.

Promoting Novartis products (Curam, Remactan and Remactazide) for the health care providers.
