Establish and maintain M&I budget

Arrange spares listing in engineering stores for plant
Manage planned maintenance activities on equipment-
Manage the engineering workshop/staff
Establish and manage maintenance KPI’s
Manage Factory Safety on site (staff, contractors)
Ensure Engineering compliance (air, steam, gas, NH3 ref plant, effluent)
Establish Maintenance SOP’s for critical equipment
Coach team on TPM/PM and AMM
