• Manage all leads, opportunities and customers within a defined territory.
• Setting annual & monthly forecast for all lines.
• Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices.
• Provide product demonstrations and support.
• Place replenishment orders at existing accounts.
• Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products.
• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
• Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assists with strategy planning and implementation.
• Develop the content for the assigned diagnostic tests portfolios such as Hematology, Molecular Genetics, Pathology, and Cytology.
• Mainly focus on the high potential clients (Government & Private sector), providing them with latest services technology.
• Build and develop relationship with physicians, lab directors and related medical practitioners.
• Establish concepts, Detail and inform clients about the key benefits of the tests and make them prescribe the tests.
• Build relations with Key Opinion Leaders (Related Clinicians) make them advocates for your services.
• Develop, organize & conduct scientific programs for the related physicians group with Medical support.
• Open new accounts while continuing to support & grow existing client relationships& business.
• Stay current with changes to medical diagnostics industry and competitor services and also with Tests portfolio recent medical, diagnostics developments and guidelines by accredited bodies.
• Daily, weekly, Monthly Reporting besides Key Performing Indicator (KPI) reporting
• Review inspection/test procedures for each category of work prepared by the Client.
• Responsible for the Implementation of QA/QC as per specified In the Plans and Specification. .
• Perform regular internal calibrations, equipment calibration and maintenance, and all other aspects of the quality system as and when required.
• Representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
• Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Contributes to the improvements of sales processes and workflow.
Drive scientific discussion through conducting group doctor meetings.
