Assist Director of revenue and ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly in accordance to prescribed requirements.
Assist Director of revenue in preparing the annual and monthly sales action plans.
Updating TPI websites & CRS system with new rates, subject to seasonality & availability by using rate tiger program and OCM.
Ensuring all contracted rates (corporate & whole sales) are updated and loaded in Opera and linked to their profiles accordingly.
Manages room’s inventory to achieve optimum results in Occupancy, Average rate and Revenue.
Tracks and prepares the necessary reports required for monthly submission & distribute to executive office and all other concerned departments.
Maintain good working relations with other departments, particularly Sales, Front office, and Finance teams.
Ensure all future reservations are checked to ensure complete and accurate details are held, and the reservation complies with hotel standards by checking reservations made yesterday, next day arrival, & 3 days before arrival.
Charge the no show reservations & late cancellations accordingly as per hotel policies & procedure and according to the guarantee documents.
Provide customers with convenient and quick reservation service and achieve a high level of customer service delivery.
Train employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum levels of productivity and efficiency.
Keep all reservations team updated on current promotions and rates.
Prepare work schedule for Reservations staff to ensure optimum coverage of the Reservations at all times.
Performs any other duties assigned by management.
