Playing the role of IT Team lead.
• Responsible for SD Module new business requirements configuring, testing, training and support.
• Responsible for preparing Functional Specification and change request documents for the new business requirements.
• Responsible for understanding the existing businesses processes and make the required improvements and training for the users.
• Responsible for data migration activities and creation of upload programs using LSMW.
• Creating new reports using SAP Query.
• Support FICO and HR Modules, by handling user training and solving their issues.
• Configuring and conducting training for Sales team regarding handheld scanners (Symbol & Metrologic Devices).

Determining the new business process using Microsoft Visio software.
• Document the business Blueprint including Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Training, Organizational Structure Definition, Business Process Analysis, Business Process Definition.
• Realization through implementing (sales order processing, Contract handling, Credit/Receivable Management, Rebate, Billing, Pricing and output control), then unit testing, then the integration test across modules.
• End-user training through Final Preparation.

Preparing journal entry and posting to the ledger and preparing the general ledger and trail balance sheet for the tax authority .
Helping in preparing the Balance sheet, income statement and the owner equity.
Making the Bank reconciliation sheet.

Handling customers calls and Solving the mobiles and lines problems, activating new lines, activating new services, providing telesales for the new promotions, some back office collection duties.
