• Model business architecture from a set of different viewpoints according to the requirements of the stakeholders. In addition to identify and document business architecture building blocks.

• Support project manager with project effort estimation, communication plan, and risk management.
• Consulting CMMI to improve organizations processes and work with them to perform process tailoring, and at the end of the day work with lead appraiser to determine organization’s process maturity level.
• Develop, implement and coach software development lifecycle.
Modeling, visualizing and communicating requirements with project stakeholders, building consensus, supporting delivery manager to ensure that product meet its requirements and providing a software process framework comply with CMMI-DEV ML3 are examples of what i taught.
