• Managing and coordinating Design activities of EXPO 2020 Shade Structure project.
• Insure that the product development by the Contractor is following the design intent.
• Review each design stage deliverables against project contract.
• Following design technical issues with Contractor and sort them out.
• Reviewing and approving architectural materials and their compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site and factory visit to insure that final product is in line with approved design.
• Responsible for the design and follow up with the external consultants during the development of the architectural design option and final design submittals of the projects assigned.
• Follow up with local authorities for approvals.
• Prepare and execute on the annual strategic business plan for each property including preparation of acquisition / disposition opportunity, objectives, sales and lasing objectives, operating budgets and capital renovation projects.
• Prepare, manage and keep all operating budgets for all company properties,
• managing project cost/design cost, project schedule, project brief, quality (both of the real estate product as well as design documentation) and the project financial performance (KPIs) throughout the pre and post-contract stages.
• Prepare Request For Proposal (RFP’s) for the various type of tenders, preparing Tender commercial and technical evaluation and award memo’s.
• Conducting relationships with Consultants and Contractors, calling them for presentations and updates from time to time to insure proper selection for tenderers based on the Tender nature.
• Develop a complete understanding of the real estate market in which portfolio assets are located - current buildings and future projects included.
• Work with company investment department as and when necessary on potential asset purchases in overseas / local markets.
• Complete annual valuations and quarterly reports for the assigned tasks.
• Support the sales and Marketing staff in company’s efforts to successfully attract clients.
Main Role at Main Oil Terminal looking after all architectural activities. Supervising contractor’s performance. Conduct Site quality control by means of check, Test and inspection at convenient. Stages of construction in accordance With approved specifications and drawings. Make sure that ITP, QMP, PQP and Project specifications is respected. Reporting daily, Weekly and Monthly to PMT. Creating snag lists for assigned projects and follow up on snagging until final handover. Responsible for 14 building starting from soil improvement up to final handover for the following:
Two substation buildings, Control building, Administration building, Auditorium, Fire station building, Laboratory, Clinic building, Marine store building, Workshop, Welding and fabrication workshop, Chemical storage building, Mosque, Ship loading pump house and Fire water pump house.
Works included landscape and related Infrastructure works.
Manage a team work of architects and coordinate with all engineering disciplines, make design development, construction and tender drawings/documents
