Manage the supervisors for the works related to prepare or assist in the preparation, including HSE knowledge.
Manage OCI (ORASCOM Construction) Safety supervisor and lead to corrective actions. • Coordinate “permit to work” necessary to perform the job.
• Review the PTW & Sign daily.
• Coordinate preparation of FLRA (field level risk assessment) in daily passes. • Manage the filled “Logistic requests” necessary to jobs within the time limit.
• Manage and coordinate logistic activities inside area according to the scheduled allowed by the HSE manager.
• Enforce cleanliness and hygiene on site and premises.

• Lead the crew and coaches when necessary.
