•Assistance in Pipe yard operations, loading/unloading trucks, and make sure SHELL safety procedures are respected.
•Supervising contractors, and respect of the JMP, SHELL safety procedures.
•Booking on field flights.
•Following up of the international purchase orders .
•Resolve service issues by research and communication with purchasing, warehouse, sales and purchasing manager .
•Contact the overseas freight forwarders for the collection, and checking of the goods, also providing the appropriate shipping instructions to them.
•Issuing adequate shipping instructions to Overseas Freight Forwarders, and packers.
•Coordinate with local brokers on further clearance process.
•Maintains and up-dates all necessary expediting documentations and reports.
•Providing special expediting services for Urgent/Emergency Items.
Booking the trucks to organize material transfer.
Trucks inspection .
Assistance in loading trucks, in safe conditions .
Organizing convoys, and special shipments .
Coordinating with the local authorities .
Assistance in crew changes of locals, and expatriates .
Check received documents, and invoices, and communicated to the relating Department for action .
Customs Broker Diplôma .
Degree of a Teacher of English in middle School .
Technical Mathematics Baccalurate Certificate .
