Analyzing and Providing all the manning information and reports to the higher management level of the hotel to acct effectively control their labor costs and thereby increase the profitability of the hotel.
Primary responsibility is to maintain the hotel’s payroll system in order to ensure timely payment of wages
according to Four Seasons Hotels policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes laws.
Working between both Income section & Payable as well.
* Doing the Bank reconciliations.
* Finance office Administration.
The day audit position is responsible for the verification and reporting of hotel revenues, the review of paperwork turned in to Accounting to document such revenues and the preparation and publication of a Daily Revenue report to be used internally by the Hotel Managers to review financial performance and to forecast future business levels.
As G.C :Prepare the hotel’s daily bank deposits, control all House Funds, and issue, audit and maintain all
House Banks according to Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. policies and procedures.
As D.A : To balance and verify the summary of daily transactions in the hotel, prepare a business report
recapping those same transactions and ensure that the hotel's computer systems are readied for the next day's
business.
I was working at the Pool & Beach side, reporting to the F&B Division
as a back waiter serving the Food & beverages guest orders.
Prepare all outlets daily cash bank deposits, control all House Funds
Receive all messages & orders for the guests and deliver it to the responsible side
