Objectives of this Role
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
* Create and manage content for Aldawaeya Pharmacy’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
* Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
* Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
* Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
* Develop and monitor campaign budgets
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Aldawaeya Pharmacy’s marketing campaigns
* Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
* Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
* Strong project management and managerial skills
* In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
* Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
* Proficiency in photo and video editing software
* Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
* Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging andaudience identification.
Prepare a weekly / Monthly social media plan for all the accounts which are related to our brand.
Generate, edit, publish, post and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action according to the plan prepared and during the best timing.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility, brand identity and engagement of company’s social content.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Engage with the customers by filling their requirements and answering the questions on time(Instagram, FB, Snapchat, youtube, twitter& what’s app)
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information and being aware of all the new activities with the fresh news.
Collaborate with social media specialists, bloggers, and fashion designers in GCC to manage reputation, identify key players, coordinate actions, doing advertisements & campaigns.
Being creative in providing social media plans & activities.
Support execution of campaigns and the season launching from conception of launch, following deadlines and project plans.
Support Ecommerce team (updating the website with products with images and content as well as following up new orders)
Actively work on enhancing brand’s profile image through social media.
Submit report on a monthly basis on social media analytics and market trends.
Sending the weekly plan to HR smutriin a weekly basis

Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities - Track results and keep communication channels open to deal with any issues that may come up in the dynamic social media marketing environment.
Manage presence in social networking sites - Posting new content, answering comments, sharing material from important influencers, fans, and customers.
Brand advocacy - Find bloggers, forums, and influencers to work with. Build a brand ambassadors network.
Community outreach - Communication to the communities that discuss the issues related to your business. Help out people and engage with active members of the community.
Manage blogger and other influencer outreach program - work with influencers regularly. Create a schedule when you contact them and a list of items what you can do to make your partners happy.
Content creation - writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
Social media marketing - creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
Events and event planning - attending industry events in your city (often outside of 9-5 hours) and planning meetups for your community
Public relations - (note: some companies may have devoted PR departments so this may not be relevant) managing incoming media requests and building relationships with industry journalists; creating, executing and measuring media campaigns
Customer relations - the Community Manager is often responsible for customer support - answering questions however they come in (phone, e-mail, Twitter) and managing any online feedback forums such as Get Satisfaction pages
Communications/marketing strategy - the Community Manager is responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communications
Analytics - Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Business development - Depending on the company and depending on how senior the role is, a Community Manager can also be responsible for business development and sales
Manage and execute the social media strategy, coordinating with external agencies and stakeholders across the company to ensure its effectiveness and ensure the adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture
Direct day-to-day editing related to this content including research, fact-checking, critiquing, proofreading
Source and manage relationships with social media monitoring platform vendors
Support key corporate initiatives including healthcare reform, Wellness, and PR programs establishing our company as a thought leader and resource for consumers
Lead and develop social media outreach programs, partnering with PR teams to determine key influences in the health care industry
Direct editorial content calendar supporting communications and marketing goals
Oversee social media contests, events and promotions to grow and engage our online communities
Manage social media (paid) advertising campaigns to expand audience and increase brand awareness
Define social media management and governance processes
Provide a strategic point of view on social media and associated tools and facilitate training programs for key stakeholders
Monitor social media to capture customer trends AND effectiveness in meeting customer needs
Monitor emerging use of social media technologies and analyze technology trends
Identify tactical initiatives to effectively leverage social media.
Build business and project plans
Communicate solutions and new strategies through reports and presentations
Extend and maintain our brand across a variety of social media platforms
Coordinate social media activities across the brand to ensure standardization and shared knowledge as appropriate
Identify new opportunities for social media corporate social media presences and provide guidelines for use
Engage online audiences, both creatively and proactively, ultimately empowering others to talk about the brand
- Proud to be the first person within the group to achieve 2 million fans of MBC3 page in less than 6 months.
- Prepare a plan for the monthly work and take approval from the marketing department
- Work on two social media platforms Facebook and Twitter
- Create a report by the end of the month to see all the statistics and positive and negative results of the published content
-Writing and publishing newspaper topics and news articles across the site on a daily
-Follow-up of all events and dissemination of the most widespread content within the Arab world
-Review and audit all incoming messages and delete in contravention of the rules of publication of the group
