Optimizes Maintenance Strategies
• provide technical Guidance for preventive and corrective maintenance to technical team
• Make cost effective in the maintenance activities
• Monitor shop qualification and quality standards
• Manage all maintenance activities in equipment such as Loader Bulldozer, Excavator, Fork Lift,
Trucks, Trans-Mixer, Telescopic Crane, Concrete Pump and patch-plant.
• Ensure that equipment is performing effectively and efficiently
• Review and analyze the faults during corrective maintenance to unrepeat same
• Provide technical guidance for CMMS
• Maintain and advise of the use of equipment and stock items
• Monitor the tools and stock to ensure the availability for maintenance activities
Taking an overview of site issues, scheduling the problems, putting a solutions for each individually.
Evaluate the staff skills, and develop it gradually, and requesting to recruit the required additional
staff.
Construct an official location for Maintenance Activities.
Studying all Equipment and Mechanical devices conditions, putting a suitable maintenance schedule,
with a specified achieving time.
Develop the Staff skills and behavior.
Full control of Technical Budget, and looking for the better results continually.
Full Coordination with Operation to keep the required equipment available on the time after a full
maintenance.
Increasing Productivity for Maintenance Staff and reporting Monthly to Manager.
Follow Up with different Departments all Issues related to Technical such as HR, Procurements,
Finance and Projects.
Attending Daily, Monthly and annual meetings and noting the requested during it.
Manage A Maintenance Workshop for more than 700 Actros Truck, supervise all maintenance
activities related to truck and tail.
• Saving to company by using of Diagnosis Software and maintain all trucks indoor.
• Full control of the spare parts store, contacting with suppliers to ensure all spare parts available
on the required time.
• Coordinating with operation for projects conditions and solving any problem related to
maintenance may object the operation continuous.
• Taking a closer look to any problem and set the suitable solutions.
• Increasing productivity of labor, and correcting their behavior.
Manage all Maintenance activities in Heavy Equipment Department, experience in all construction
equipment such as excavator, Loader, Bulldozer, Fork Left, Dump Truck, Track Mixer, Concrete
Pump, Telescopic Crane and Batch Plant.
• Control of spare parts, and manage all documents work with various department such as Finance,
University studies B.Sc. Al Azher University - Faculty of Engineering. Grade GOOD Concentration Power Mechanical Engineering Graduation project New Technologies in Operation, Control & Maintenance of PUMP. Grade ( EXCELLENT)
