1. Lead and coordinate The GM Dealer Standards activity within their

2. Report to Dealership Standards Coordinator, their Department Manager and
staff on the department’s performance to The GM Dealer Standards
Including needs for improvement.
3. Co-ordinate Internal Survey for their department.
4. Promote awareness of PDSS/SSS
5. Ensure Dealer Standards are deployed to all new personnel who are
