prepare of the project tender list < and estimate of the electro-mechanical cost
- Responsible for projects manager, in the field of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing system .
- Reviewing and give approving on shop drawing, make POQ, cost estimations and projects planing .
- Responsible for smooth functioning and quality of utilities (water, steam, compressed air, Hospital gases(NG, O2G), fire fighting system, cooling and heating circuits)
▪ Involved in design of HVAC, Piping systems, boilers room, and fire fighting systems
▪ All HVAC equipment selection.
▪ Design of control system for HVAC system (( BMS )).
▪ Test and maintenance of utility equipment likes chillers, boilers, air compressors and pumps.
▪ Test class room specifications and adjust air balance.
Maintenance of hydraulic system, air compressor, chiller, and water pumps .
