- Managing Director for our client Khartoum Refinery Company (KRC) works.
- Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
- undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.
- Handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and Procurement department activities.
-Responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or maintenance activity.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparation of reports.
- Work as QA/QC engineer at GNPOC pipeline repair phase IV from November 2011 up to march 2014 (6000 points).
- Perform the locating of pipeline points using the locating equipment.
- Perform the pits sizing and decide the point need coating or welding.
- Responsible for our client Khartoum Refinery Company (KRC) works (Inspection & Maintenance).
- Work as inspector on Tank inspection, Heat Exchangers, Vessels …etc.
- Work with design staff in the preparation of construction drawings of project.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain company products or services to customers and prospective customers;
- Design and maintain customer records, using automated systems;
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions;
- Diagnose problems with installed equipment and plan and propose modification to meet customer needs;
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, Inspection, operation, and maintenance of equipment;
Work as part of group of maintenance and planning engineers in the installation, modification, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of new and existing equipment such as centrifugal pumps, steam turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, heat exchangers, etc.
Coordinate with the maintenance management in the scheduling of major maintenance activities, interacting with contractors, and other technical and operating programs
Review equipment specifications, drawings, vendor operating and maintenance manuals for technical correctness, completeness and compliance
Check and inspection of the material of the overhaul.
Participated in major refinery shutdown/overhaul (April-June 2011) where provided support to the maintenance department through the development and review of machinery repair checklists, preventive maintenance checklists, and maintenance procedures as necessary. This involved witness testing, inspection, installation, commissioning, start-up, and condition monitoring of the equipment Document results of all inspections, tests, alterations, and equipment repairs
Work as designer as part of project engineers in Engineering & Development section (ED)
