•Identify potential customers and sell life insurance to them.
•Attend meetings and programs to learn about new products and services and get technical guidance in developing new accounts.
•Find out the customer’s requirements and customize the insurance policies to suit those needs.
•Calculate the premiums and establish the payment method with the customer.
•Assure that all the policy requirements are fulfilled, like medical examinations or proper completion of forms
•Starting a new relation with S.M.E. companies by arranging appointments with managers and owners

•Handling the relationship between the companies and the Bank
•Research for new clients.
•Maintaining the relation with current clients using the after-sales skills.
•Developing current products to reach the highest standards and best qualities.
•Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints.
•Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
•Provide customers with product and service information.
•Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
•Research billing issues.
